We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Times
Our products are shipped from different fulfilment locations, so delivery times may vary depending on the item.

- 30–45 business days for selected products requiring extended international transit.
The estimated delivery time for each product is clearly stated on its product page before you place your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
For most online purchases, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel. You will then generally have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items should be in their original condition and must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Damaged or Faulty Items

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
